- For hourly as-directed hire, a minimum duration of 3 hours is required to commence the service.
- The hourly as-directed hire service commences and concludes at our Mayfair location in London.
- Hourly hires will initiate from our Mayfair base in London and conclude upon the return of the vehicles to our Mayfair location. We will make necessary adjustments to the hours, including the addition of any extra hours and excess mileage, before charging your credit card.
- London Congestion Charge and car park / parking charges are passed on at cost.
- A 25% surcharge for night hours will be applicable to all bookings made between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Engaging in direct bookings with the driver is considered unlawful, and in the event of an accident, insurance coverage will not be provided.
- Kindly be advised that all luggage should be stored in the designated boot/trunk area and not on the seats. When choosing the vehicle type, please consider the amount of luggage you will be carrying.
- Average suitcase sizes are 25 x 44 x 67 cm or 10 x 17 x 26 inches (maximum 23 kg).
